The Network on Wheels (NOW) is a vehicle able to rapidly deploy independent first responders mobile cellular network for areas with limited coverage due to infrastructure issues or after natural disasters. The system can deploy an independent LTE/5G network, for rescue teams, or other pre specified HLS teams and additionally can bridge its local network to the national network using satellite communication.
The Network on Wheels can be applied on a 4×4 vehicle or on an off-road trailer.
The Network on Wheels is quick and easy to deploy and is completely autonomous thanks to its independent power sources. Cross-technology connectivity, allowing it to work with various communication systems such as cell phones or two-way radios, without the need to purchase a dedicated end-user equipment like in parallels systems.
The Network on Wheels includes a 4G radio, an omni-directional antenna, a telescopic Mast, satellite antenna, and an LTE backhaul. The system software can be customized to any specific scenario.
